Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using JSAS (Job Search Automation System), operated by Vedteq ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

JSAS is a job search automation platform that helps career coaches and candidates manage job applications, generate tailored resumes, and send personalized outreach emails. The service includes:

• Candidate profile and resume management
• AI-powered resume tailoring and email generation
• Email outreach via candidate-authorized OAuth connections
• Job tracking and workflow management
• Contact and company management

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Email OAuth Authorization

JSAS allows candidates to authorize email sending through OAuth connections (e.g., Gmail). By authorizing, you grant JSAS permission to send emails on your behalf using the scopes you approve. You may revoke this access at any time through your email provider's security settings.

We will only use your email authorization to send outreach emails that you or your coach have reviewed and approved. We do not read, store, or share the contents of your inbox beyond what is necessary to send approved messages.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for spam, bulk unsolicited emails, or harassment
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Upload malicious content or code

6. Intellectual Property

The service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Vedteq and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your data (resumes, contacts, emails) but grant us a license to process it as needed to provide the service.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.

8. Service Availability

We strive to keep JSAS available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time with reasonable notice. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vedteq shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of business opportunities, or email delivery failures.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via the service or email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
